Privacy Policy

Fantastic Text ("we", "the app") is built by Fantastic Llama, Inc. We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to make the app work. We do not sell your data, do not use it to train AI models, and do not track you across apps or websites.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and a user ID, used to sign you in and sync your subscription.
• Audio you record — sent to our backend only to be transcribed, rewritten, or translated. Audio is processed in transit and is not retained after the request completes.
• Your text — transcripts and rewritten messages stay on your device. They are not stored on our servers and are never used for training.
• Purchase history — provided by Apple to validate your subscription.
• Anonymous usage analytics — aggregate counts (e.g. sessions, words processed) used to improve the app. Not linked to your identity.

Third parties

We use Apple (sign-in, in-app purchases) and AWS (backend processing). These providers process data only to deliver their service to us. We do not share data with advertisers.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. You can also revoke microphone access in iOS Settings.

Children

Fantastic Text is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
